How Many times can we expect to try and access the Online Material and find the Website down for Unexpected Maintnace once we start paying?

The forums are not part of D&Di. You're also not paying for the forums, nor will you be doing so in the future.

And what exactly does that have to do with going to the Main website (not the Forums) and getting a page that says the site is down for Unexpected Maintnance?

Did they move the Bonus Tools to the Forums while nobody was looking?
Are they Now Posting the Dungeon and Dragon PDFs on the forums?

While the tone of this thread may not be great, I do think it is a reasonable question. Your site and forums and tools do not have a very good track record. Will your pricing be adjusted for downtimes?

No doubt!

What sort of up time is expected? Are we talking three nines? Two nines? Two eights?

Are you building a fully redundant system so tht there is no single point of failure?
