Obviously, the September Update has upset a lot of people. If you would like a refund for the month of September, you can get one by asking Customer Service. |

Personally, I pay a small fee for a lot of articles and content as well as continued access to the CB and Compendium. I don't see how 1 or even 2 months delay in updating the CB constitutes a reason to get a refund. For those that feel that is justified - fine, but I won't be asking for my money back. |

Clear your cache, delete your history and temporary internet files and try again. That sometimes fixes it. If it doesn't, post in the thread here, making sure to read the instructions in the first post, and an ORC will get back to you to resolve the problem. |

I wasn't aware that they were offering a refund ofr the month of september. How do I go about getting that? Contact WotC CS and ask for a refund. They will write back and ask for confirmation/account details and then send you your refund. May take a couple of days. |

While I am upset about no CB update or MB update. I don't think it warrants a refund because I still have access to the online Compendium, Dragon and Dungeon articles. If you take a yearly subscribtion rate, $72 I believe, that's $6 a month. That's the cost of one of these magazines when they were in print. Only thing I think they need to change is delivery of CB/MB. From a new content release and bug fixes releases I'm just tired of waiting for fixes to MB that got introduced in latest update.. I have to exit and restart MB constantly to fix issues. And yes I reported this back in early August. So with the delays it better be addressed. |
