airst of all, excuse me for my terrible english, it's not my language...

You all don't see the real intent behind october calendar, no update for CB and essential product...

essential want to be a remake of D&D 2nd edition with a touch of 4ed?

well....also DDI want to be a remake of internet in 1980 :-)

DESERT like a land in durk sun :-)))))))))))))

At the very beginning of DDI there was a loooot of dungeon adventures, more than 2 at week, 1 big adventure path (even if it was a chain of adventure with NO SENSE each other....), 4-5 dragon article at week usefull, and not something like "exerpt from a dead hamster about second cover of a book 6 years old". There was more Article, preview, exerpt, adventures, encounter, and other in one week than in all OCTOBER CALENDAR....NOT counting CB and DM TOOLS.....now? a bounch of nothing...

well if it's the new line of DDI i will be the same, no subscription for this and next mount....

sorry but we pay for a service, NO SERVICE = NO PAY....

There are plans to have an October Update.  It is not listed on the calendar because the date of the update is uncertain.

Obviously, the September Update has upset a lot of people.  If you would like a refund for the month of September, you can get one by asking Customer Service.

Although considerate to offer a refund for the month... I don't see how it makes sense. Personally, I pay a small fee for a lot of articles and content as well as continued access to the CB and Compendium. I don't see how 1 or even 2 months delay in updating the CB constitutes a reason to get a refund. For those that feel that is justified - fine, but I won't be asking for my money back.

Since yesterday I have not been able to get the "contact us" link to work that is in that link.

Clear your cache, delete your history and temporary internet files and try again. That sometimes fixes it.

If it doesn't, post in the thread here, making sure to read the instructions in the first post, and an ORC will get back to you to resolve the problem.

Hi guys, it's been a while since I've been back here to these particular forums.  Been out of the country for a couple of weeks.  I wasn't aware that they were offering a refund ofr the month of september.  How do I go about getting that?

Contact WotC CS and ask for a refund. They will write back and ask for confirmation/account details and then send you your refund. May take a couple of days.

I agree. While I am upset about no CB update or MB update. I don't think it warrants a refund because I still have access to the online Compendium, Dragon and Dungeon articles. If you take a yearly subscribtion rate, $72 I believe, that's $6 a month. That's the cost of one of these magazines when they were in print.

Only thing I think they need to change is delivery of CB/MB. From a new content release and bug fixes releases
I'm just tired of waiting for fixes to MB that got introduced in latest update.. I have to exit and restart MB constantly to fix issues. And yes I reported this back in early August. So with the delays it better be addressed.
