| #1zaran1Mar 10, 2009 16:14:40 | I have a valid subscription for one year up until November yet this is the second time this has happened to me. Suddenly my DDI account when signed in doesn't work and treats me like a non paying DDI user. I've cleared cookies, changed browsers and even changed computers with no luck. The phone number given for customer service says they only deal with billing issues and then refer me to the customer service tab which keeps giving me errors. What is wrong with DDI? I can't even access my builder. Last time I called customer service they gave me another number where I talked to a helpful gentleman for tech support but this time they said they didn't have any other numbers to give me. Can someone help or at least direct me where to go, who to call? Thank you, a very annoyed (for the second time), DDI subscriber. |

| #3mudbunnyMar 10, 2009 16:24:15 | You can also post in the thread here and they will get back to you via different methods. The ORCs are continually watching that thread, so the response time should be fairly quick. |
| #4zaran1Mar 10, 2009 17:19:01 | Ok thank you, I miss my ddi. |
| #5akodoreignMar 10, 2009 18:06:47 | Mine did this yesterday morning. Give them a call, they can fix it for you while on the phone. Had to do with having a 3 month account that expired, and purchased a 12 month while the old one was still going. :D |
| #6_Mithreinmaethor_Mar 10, 2009 18:35:24 | I have had to click the login twice each time to get logged in. Are you sure that you are not just hitting login once and assuming you are logged in? It has been doing this to me for awhile now. Once I noticed it I just hit login once, wait a few seconds, hit login again and I am logged in. |
| #7zaran1Mar 10, 2009 18:37:44 | It's logging me on alright it just isn't recognizing the fact I'm a subscriber. Also as for the phone...I called 1-800-324-6496 and he said I had a valid subscription but he couldn't help me anymore than that. He said that they were just the online store people and this was a tech support issue. I asked for a number to tech support and he gave me the number I had just called. Poor customer service 8(. |
| #8akodoreignMar 10, 2009 18:59:26 | Yup same thing happened to me call back and hit the number 2 key on the menu. works fine. :D |
| #9zaran1Mar 11, 2009 10:13:26 | Well this is apparently an endless circle. The ORC's responded and basically asked me to use the help system again. I tried the tips they had but that didn't work anyway. Apparently no one is actually interested in just fixing whatever bug is on my account. Last time I had this fixed they said it was a known issue. Once again I still can't use the help system. I'll try what the above user suggested and dial the number, press #2 instead of #1 and see if that gives me some help. |

The first thing that they would have told you is probably a series of steps (clear cookies, flush cache, etc) to make sure that they know what baseline that you are working from. It's the same as any technical support system. You call in, and there is a series of things that they will *always* ask you to do, no matter that you called them 30 minutes ago. If you respond in the thread and say that you still can't get access to the help system even after going through their suggestions in their email, they will continue to work with you via email to figure out why. |

Hi Zaran1, We can fix your problem with the help system if you are able to reply to the email that we sent to your address of record. If you didn't get that email, reply again in the thread at http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1133626 and we'll look at other options to get your help system account fixed for you as soon as possible. Fixing your help system account is something we may be able to do on our end if those suggestions didn't work to get you into it, and using the help system is the quickest way for you to get your other concerns into the hands of the right people to fix those problems. I'm truly sorry for all the inconvenience you've been through. |
| #12zaran1Mar 11, 2009 12:32:46 | Well it's fixed now...not sure what someone did but it's working now. This is really weird, like I said this is the second time it's happened. I'll let you know if it happens again. |
