DDI PayPal issue

I've been looking at subscribing to DDI using my PayPal account, and when I reach the paypal payment screen during the signup process, I can't proceed further without entering card details - there is no option to pay using my PayPal balance.

My PayPal account is configured to use my bank account rather than a card, and anyway the whole point of using PayPal for the subscription is so that I can pay with the money in my Paypal Account, rather than using my card or bank account directly. I've made other PayPal payments successfully in the last couple of weeks, and I've got more than enough in my PayPal account so I'm reasonably sure the problem is at the WotC end. Does anyone else have any light to shed on this or any ways around it?

Mar 06, 2011 18:52:21 Ditto. There was a credit card that was attatched to my Paypal account, but it expired 4 years ago. WotC's giving me a hard time when I actually want to give them money.
