It usually takes about four attempts before I can login. On the third I've often Reset Safari, destroying all files in the cache and cookies. After that I can *usually* stay logged in - but if I try to change my password I feel like a first level Paladin confronting Tiamet. After a few emails asking me to confirm the change I'm told something didn't migrate and I need to call Customer Support or I need to close my browser and start again. After this happens three times I'm usually signed in.
Not asking for customer service here - but I'm wondering if these problems are indicative of DDI; at least with people on Macs (though my Chaotic Good Mac ways are hoping this spills into the fiendish Vista users)? From browsing this forum it looks like there are issues:
* Getting logged in
* Staying logged in
* Reading the "The Lost Mines of Karak" PDF
All of which spells a bit more frustration that I'm willing to visit upon my D&D campaign. Are these persistent problems lots of folks are seeing? I've been playing D&D since the 1970s so I'm used to change
but would rather keep my DMing free and clear of online support issues ...You do know the main apps (charcter maker, character viewer, dungeon maker and game table) won't be able to run on mac, right?

Yeah ... I'm less interested in those than the content in Dungeon and Dragon magazines. Though I'm a little stymied why something as universal as the World Wide Web is restricted to a single Operating System and Browser :-( (not really ... I've been in web development for more than a decade but still a little irked they made those types of design decisions).
I think I've read enough to not subscribe - at least for now.
