| #1blaster219Jul 11, 2009 18:02:33 | Just got an email from Wotc informing me that my DDI sub had been cancelled. Since I was autorenew, and as far as I knew it had renewed. It should have renewed on the 2nd of July, before the CB update which I was able to download. When I went to check, it should two subscription orders, one the 2nd and one on the 9th, both marked as Unsubmitted. What's that supposed to mean? Was the transaction declined? Why was no email sent at the first sign of a payment problem? I just tried again, this time using paypal. It seemed to go through. After waiting for nearly half an hour for the promised email, I went and checked paypal. No transactions (completed or otherwise) showed in the history. When I checked my DDI account history it showed a new order (dated 11th) that had also been "Unsubmitted" Suggestion, either change Unsubmitted to "Payment Refused", submit the bloody thing, or send an email when there are problems with the account information. |

I'm not suprised that no payment was recieved, according to paypal, no transaction request from DR and WotC has been recieved. If you don't ask for a payment, then how is paypal supposed to send the money? A couple of hours ago, I tried again using my Solo card. This time it says Submitted but so far, no confirmation email from DR/Wotc has been recieved saying that the recieved the order or are processing it. Still no access to DDI material. Seriously, is it that hard to send an email as soon as an order is recieved, just to confirm that you recieved it and that it is in the process of being processed? Every other online store on the planet can do this. |
