With X-Mas here, I am trying to hold out as long as I can but I want to make sure I subscribe before the deadline.
Thanks!
When is the deadline day where we can subscribe to DDI for a year for only 4.95/month?

There is not stated deadline. The price right now is good until the price goes up.
I would expect a possible price increase once Character Builder is out of beta. Which might be soon not year. *shrugs*
The price is good until the price changes is the only apparent current answer you will be able to receive. I would expect that there will be an announcement on purchase price changes before the price does go up.
