Default Implement Bug?

This is as of the update on 10-06-09

I have a dual-implement spellcaster character, and CB seems to be arbitrarily picking which of the two implements to use in his power-cards, rather than using the one in his main-hand.

Is anyone else having an issue with this? In one version of my character it works great, in the other, no combination of hand-switching or item-switching has been able to force him to actually use the implement I intend for him to use, primarily. I can't seem to figure out what sorting-criteria the CB is using so that I can account for it.

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to be working properly for my wizard and sorcerer.

What are the 2 weapons you are using and which is in your main hand?

Also, if you want to customize you should be able to right click the card and choose whichever you want.

Yeah, I found that I can customize it on the card, but in the CB when I am looking at powers, it will still use the other one. The items in question were a staf of ruin +2 (main hand) and a wand +2 (off hand).  It would always default to using the want. If I replaced the wand with a +1 implement, it would use the plus one implement. The only way to get it to use the staff seemed to be to use only the staff, or to equip TWO staffs.

I eventually worked around it by using two staffs (so I would keep my dual-implement bonus) - but it still makes no sense to my why it prefers one implement over the other. I also tried making a new wizard, gave him a wand+2 and a wand+1 and saw the same thing. If I put the want +1 in his main hand, and the wand +2 in his off-hand, it would default to using the wand +2 (which is a good call in this case, but its not what I selected for my main hand - and if the wand had properties, it would matter).
