Deleting a custom feat from Campaign Settings

I created a new feat under the Campaign Settings but didn't like the description I put under notes.  Since I couldn't find anyway to edit the entry I clicked Delete Houserule.  Now whenever I create a new feat using the same Element Name entry as the deleted one it will always fill in the description text of the deleted entry regardless of what I actually type for the description.  Any clues?

Looks like a bug.  For now I'd try to rename the feat and it will probably be fine.
