Deleting Items

May 29, 2011 14:22:27 So I don't want to put this in "Technical Issues" because I may just be an idiot and can't find the option. I couldn't fnd it in the known bugs/FAQs, however, so I'm coming to you all for help!

Where can I delete items once they are in my inventory? When I click on them the (un)equip option shows up, and there's no "Delete" or "sell" button, Also, when I right click (like we could in the old CB), it doesn't give the option, either. I can't find the option in either the Marketplace, or the actual Inventory sections

Am I missing a "delete" or "remove" item/weapon/armor button? Or is this yet another in the list of things that make me wish the old CB updated with Dark Sun and THEN left our world...

Go to the Marketplace.

The bottom button on the left should be "Sell Items"

At the bottom of the screen after you click that button, should be a number of options for removal. Click the item you want to sell, then click the amount you want back for it (including none).

May 29, 2011 22:58:02 Did this work for you ? I am trying to get rid of a +2 great axe and have tried to remove it or sell it and it will not go away. I can sell other things just not the great axe. Will let me get rid of the +4 GA but not the +2 GA

Maybe you need to un-equip it first?

May 30, 2011 9:26:12 It is not equipped. Not sure if it being equipped or not makes a difference. I was able to get rid of the +4 GA which I had equipped

Jun 05, 2011 11:16:56 How do you delete multiple items? My character had 980 residuum in inventory, but he's down to 30. It appears that I have to delete 1 residuum at a time, which is extremely slow and painful.

The character builder is not an online computer game. Its a character builder...so please stop trying to simulate a "store". Its lame and only confuses users.
