Jun 12, 2008 1:49:43 Just a quick question... do these forums offer a Dev Tracker feature? For those not familiar with the concept it's basically a link that you click that brings up search results for every post in the last X days or hours made by a Developer or employee at WotC.

Does this exist? If so, where can my addle-brained self find it?

If not, what are our chances of having one, Scott, Didier, Mike, Ken, etc.? This would be a fantastic tool to keep your customers from grabbing the pitchforks and torches before getting the "official" answer to their question that may be buried 10 pages down the forums list.

Just a thought....

I don't know if we have one or what it would take to implement but I'll look into it.

Jun 12, 2008 6:02:45 We don't have one but it's been on our wish list of improvements for a while. Unfortunately, almost all of our development resources have been focused on Magic Online and D&Di, so we haven't been able to give our forums much attention.

If you click on one of their names and view their profile, in the bottom left hand corner under the Forum Info Header of their profile is two links. One is , Find all posts by "User" then other is Find all threads started by "User".

These the post link will give you the 200 most recent posts from a member with the most recent being first.

The other method is to open the advance search from the menu bar above the forums. On the right hand side they provide a "Search by User Name". If you put "WotC_" in that box and uncheck the "exact" check box it will return threads in which any of the employees with the "WotC_" in their name have posted. If you click the "show as posts" radial button then you can see the exact post made by those members. Though with this method you'll get the Magic WotC people as well.

It is how I'm able to ~~stalk them~~... I mean stay informed.
