I'm trying to do a dhampyr. I took the Mist Form and Bloodied Regeneration feats, but I can't get the powers to show up. Not when choosing powers, not in the retrain window... can't get them anywhere.

Its quite annoying because when the Dampyr article came out I started to use it for my char and then when the Character builder came out, it was lacking that material, so I have been waiting a month and finally they put out the material and it does not work so we have to wait another month until the next update for them to fix it.
This is just ridiculous, the character builder has so many bugs and its really not a hard platform to build, I just cant believe how poorly they are doing.
If this keeps up I am going to really start to wonder if there is any hope for WoTC....

The dhampyr stuff is at the very bottom of the Respec page. It's not very intuitive, but it's there. So, yeah, no bug. Just something a smidge unintuitive.

Found it!

The dhampyr stuff is at the very bottom of the Respec page. It's not very intuitive, but it's there. So, yeah, no bug. Just something a smidge unintuitive.

To what Respec page are you referring? Selecting Vampiric Heritage automatically added Blood Drain as an encounter power, but I saw no other powers included on the powers tab.

Feb 28, 2009 13:27:52 Having Vampiric Heritage just lets you choose new feats. They show up at the bottom of the feat page, assuming you have everything needed to get them.

Starting at level 10 you can select power swap feats that allow you to change class powers for vampiric powers. However, you can't select these powers from the powers selection tab, you have to first select a power from your class list and then go to the retraining tab and change the power.
