| #1fallenangel11May 21, 2009 21:56:34 | I just purchased a dnd insider subscription yesterday and was wowed by how much extra stuff i could now access and after one day of easy use i was going to set up a long term subscription for the rest of the year. But today i tried to log in and it wouldnt allow me, it took almost 3 hours to log in to view the content i had paid for and now i cant download any of the content from the previous magazines or current content and every few minutes i get kicked out and have to fight for over and hour to log back in. Now that i have my rant finished would anyone else like to comment on the level or lack there of functionality that this website currently lacks? |

Erase your cookies. Often, that is all that it takes to clear up problems. If that doesn't work, have you tried with a different browser? (This will determine if it is the browser or something else.) If all of the above fails, contact WotC CS. |

| #4Seeker95May 22, 2009 6:45:19 | Functionality has worked just fine for me. I had a problem back when I switched from a three-month to a one-year subscription and my three-month got auto-renewed anyway. But customer service helped me through it. |

| #6rauricMay 22, 2009 10:38:25 | It has always worked for me. I am not a tech guy so I cannot help ya. |
| #7KentinalMay 23, 2009 0:25:02 | It has always worked for me. I am not a tech guy so I cannot help ya. Without any real data, even the best tech guy can not answer. All we know right now it worked and as of post was not working. The possibilities are many. Could be local, could be provider, could have been WotC site was down for a time. No data there is no way for any to come close to detecting problem or fixing it. |
| #8dfp222May 23, 2009 10:50:13 | quite the misleading topic title. might i suggest checking your internet options for cookies/cache and all that stuff? the thing i could tell you that happens every so ofter to me is that i have to log out and back in in the top right hand corner to get my download access back. not a really big deal, and no way an utter failure.... |
| #9Janx_14May 23, 2009 11:22:00 | Long story short, your browser is what is the complete failure. |
