I can't access the 4E digital tools at all. Anything that's known yet and is it being worked on?

Or did I miss something?

Tools are working now but I am getting an 'unknown error' when trying to open any character sheet/ make a new character on the builder. Anyone else having this issue?

I got hit by this in the middle of my session. I had to wing it with the information I remembered from my characters' sheets. If there's no fix, well, I only have 10 days of sub left before renewal.

yea i also am getting this error now as of today (November 2, 2014). I used the character builder without any issue all night last night, but when i went to update my character, i was unable to access it. Just keeps giving me the error message. I sent an email to customer support, but who know how long that will take for a response.

I was updating a build of mine last night without any issues, and then as of this morning I have been getting the same error maessage as Randbot and Hydrojack420, the only thing that has changed was that I was forced to change my username and password yesterday to meet thier new login criteria, I am wondering if they brook something with thier new system update. I hope they fix it soon.

Just logging in to say that I'm having the exact same issue as everyone else. Had to cancel a game today because none of the players could level up their characters, and I couldn't grab any monsters I had saved.

Has anyone submitted a ticket? Who knows if anyone actually looks at this forum anymore...

Hopefully this is just a new quirk with the account migration thing that's currently happening, and not an indicator of the 4E tools being deprecated...

Same problem here as of this afternoon, which is when I checked.

I don't think it's DDI being killed off or anything, because of this line:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The transaction log for database 'DDIVault' is full due to 'LOG_BACKUP'.

Sounds like the transaction log is full + no autogrowth, so the SQL server just kind of... stops. Stuff like that's definitely fixable!

I haven't been able to use them since last wednesday, (I usually only try once a week or so on wednesdays to prep my campaign for the week, so it could have started any time after 3 or so wed oct. 22).

This is ridiculous, the ONLY reason i got the DDI membership was for these tools and resources, which i now can't access.
