#1 katrar Jan 01, 2010 17:39:15	My billing address information (under My Ecommerce Account) - clicking here gives a SYS000001 server error. I can't modify/update my billing/shipping address. My payment information (under My Ecommerce Account) - clicking here gives a SYS_000003 server error. I can't modify/update my payment information. As my subscription needs to be renewed shortly, I need to update both my billing address and my payment information. At present I can't.

#3 katrar Jan 01, 2010 20:02:17	Of course, but it doesn't hurt to shotgun this type of thing. I am sure I am not the only person experiencing these issues, as they are server based.
