Does anyone know, are domains from divine power programed into the character builder?

I have a paladin of the Blood of Vol who meets all the requirements for the undeath and death domain feats, but I can't seem to access them. How do I go about adding these feats to my character using the character builder?

Domains from divine power are in there, yes, but the domains for FR and Eberron deities were in an issue of dragon that hasn't yet been updated to the compendium. So you're going to have to either wait or "houserule" them in.
