#1 Graphec Dec 14, 2008 23:39:34	Ive installed the Framework .net program but when I go to download the Character Builder, it simply wont start. The page just seems to constantly refresh without the download starting. Is the link corrupt or is it my browser? I have the accept all cookies and the low security on it (just to download the Character Bulder) and nothing works. Please Help
#2 wotc_dm Dec 15, 2008 19:03:00	You may need to close all your browser windows, and restart from a fresh session. make sure to accept the download if your browser is set to prevent unwanted downloads, without recreating a new session within the same browser. If this still does not work, please provide your browser name, and version you are using.
