Dec 28, 2008 22:38:01 I'm unsure where to post this so this is my second asking:

Can I download the Character Builder Beta more than once?? I'm visiting family right now and want to use it here, but I have not downloaded it to the comp at my own place yet. Will I have a problem getting it to my own comp later??

Dec 28, 2008 22:41:22 I don't believe that there will be a problem. In any case, the character builder is portable, in that once it is fully downloaded, I believe that you can put it on a USB key and carry it with you.

So yes if you can download it at all, you clearly should be able to download it twice. Once the CB is fully released there will be auto updates as long as you are an Insider. Right Now the CB is beta, as long as you know your user name and password you should be able to download it often (I would not advise putting on 1,000 computers as that might trigger internal security alert, nor would I advise you to put your userID and password on that many computers).

Of course this is my understanding and not an official reply.
