Downloading issues

Jul 03, 2011 9:31:11 I have a subscription to D&D insider, yet I cant download any recent issues. Last Dungeon available for full download is #185 and last dragon #394, and only the next issue for both allows me to download..SOME..of the articles.

Whats the problem here? The magazines are why I bought the subscription. Why cant i get them?

The changed it several months back. There are no more compiled issues. You can dig around on the forums for one of the multitude of threads discussing the topic.

You have to read/download individual articles now.

But if the articles are seperate now, why is the option to download the seperate articles so far behind the issues listed? If they're up to dungeon #190 why can I only download articles from issues #187 or lower?

The articles are there - I suspect you've run into some sort of bug where they show as greyed out even though they are available. It's happened to me on occasion, and usually goes away if I log out and back in, or refresh, or close the browser, etc.

If that doesn't work, you can try hunting them down individually in the archives, though that is a bit of a hassle.
