Draconic spellcaster and Adaptable Breath / Thundering Breath

choose Cold for my dragon breath
take the Draconic Spellcaster feat
take Adaptable Breath (Lightning)
take Thundering Breath,

the builder does not add the bonus of the draconic spellcaster feat to Thunder Powers, whereas it adds it  for Lightning Powers. Is this correct?

Also the Dragon Aura power from the Ninefold Master PPath does not add the bonus despite being obviously supposed to.
