#2 Shroomy Aug 20, 2010 20:49:08	Though I wish that the mechanics had more to do with gnomes (great fluff though), I have to say that I loved almost all of the powers.  I really wish phantasmal henchman was available when I was playing my artificer, especially since I didn't particularly care for any of my level 3 encounter powers.

#6 kilpatds Aug 21, 2010 10:29:56	I really liked the design of the powers.  Most of them had effects, and few could be wasted by bad dice.  Another Bravo, purely from that perspective.

Are these powers supposed to be for gnomes only or can any race make use of them? i think the intent was for these powers to be closely associated with gnaomes (thus, the all-gnome fluff), but it was best to make the powers available to all members of the respective classes.  i like this choice.
