#1 Cinnibar Jan 20, 2010 20:39:43	I was scanning the new additions to the Compendium from Dragon 181, and noted that there appeared to be some new feats I didn't remember... "Adamant Arrow Student", "Adamant Arrow Commander", "Black Hood Student", and "Black Hood Executioner". I searched my copy of the PDF (downloaded a few days ago), and didn't see those feats anywhere in the magazine... was an article dropped from the final compilation that I missed?  Am I just missing them in the magazine? I used the "Search" feature as well as a quick page through the mag, but I can't find them anywhere. They also appear in the Character Builder... I'm flipping through the rest of the feats and powers, just curious whether there are other gems like that that mysteriously got added without being in the final document, but that's all I found so far. EDIT : On a closer look, the feats themselves look somewhat broken.  "Adamant Arrow Student" requires Ranger/Warlords, but is only tied to one power : "Nimble Strike"... similarly, "Black Hood Student" has Fighter/Ranger/Warlord listed, but isn't associated with any Ranger powers.  Very odd.
