This being the ogre/troll/whatever it was typing on the computer segment and being pooped on. Seems like their own cute way of flipping us the bird and saying "F-U and screw u" I kinda felt insulted. edit: I would put this on the dragon article discussion subforum but it's not letting me make a new thread there, so there ya have it! edit2: What t F? I can't even post a reply? O_o Honestly now! I guess i'll just make another thread on the other dragon forum

Moreso, the trolls (hence it's a troll at the computer) who just want something to complain about. I thought it was hilarious. Especially the "We love you!" after every time he said our beloved master, and how the adventurers just said "xp xp xp xp"

It was poking fun at trolls who post on the forum. Simply posting on the forum doesn't make you a troll. If you feel they were poking fun at you, perhaps you feel a little guilt for having trolled in the past? Who knows, I'm not you. I don't think the world should be nerfed. People will get offended at pink elephants that dance around; people will get offended at anything. If you want to be taken seriously, when you get offended by something, make sure it's something worth being offended about. A healthy sense of humor is a key to understanding.

I mean, you don't see Microsoft doing it with brilliant game ideas, Cheetos doing it with a new flavor, or Apple making a product that is reasonably cheap and effective by some brilliant fan's design. and they let/have us playtest! #12 Andron Sep 10, 2008 8:15:49	This was really funny and I thought it was great! I loved the part where they were making fun of all the "TROLLS". Though I suppose they will take this as yet another opportunity to complain about how evil WotC is and how bad D&D sucks, while at the same time coming here every day to spout the same drivel. Yet again, another great online comic, I just wish they would come out a little more often, but I'm willing to wait if they keep up the quality and hilarity. I probably shouldn't have watched it at work though, since people were wondering what I was laughing at so hard. It just goes to show that WotC DOES pay attention to what happens on these boards.

This is the WotC staff that, again, shows no regard toward the people who actually buy and play DnD. They are mocking loyal gamers who spent alot of money on DnD, money that pays for there salaries and that sort of trashy video. The WotC staff, should be a shame. This is the final insult. I thought it was very, very funny. People are so thin-skinned, nowadays...

I saw the humor in it and had I read or seen something like that on an external site not published by WOTC I would have taken it in an entirely different light. But when WOTC refers to its customers as trolls it makes it look as if they have no respect for the opinion of said customers or anyone that doesn't agree with them. This is not the image they should be trying to portray especially with the problems in communication they have been having since 4th ed came out. This Is about the same as if I had Invited you to come to my house to discuss my relationship with your daughter and when you said something I didn't agree with I got up and farted directly in your face.

They were making fun of, well, the trolls. "OMG WERES TEH NGOME 4E SUXX", and similar things, were what the troll was typing. They were poking fun at these people, a board minority, not the more regular 'I have a question ...' gang.
