As we know, they come up with the page counts usually at the beginning of the month, and work things around to fit them.  There was probably another page of Githzerai material that didn't past internal releasing (that is, they were going to show us more of the Githzerai, but they decided against it).  As such, they removed the page, but forgot to fix the page count because it was late in the release schedule. That's my conjecture.
