| #1vassilyJul 03, 2010 13:16:02 | I have a valid subscription and can download the files. The problem is that I get errors about a missing font and not enough information to compile an image. Adobe seems to loathe looking past the first page. I downloaded Foxit PDF Reader, in the hopes that it was an Adobe problem. It opens the files up to missing headers and entire blocks of text missing, as well as sidebars and even the art appearing distorted. This has happened on the following files: Warden Essentials, Cleric Essentials, Assassin (all three tiers), and the Complete Issue file. Bad files? Or am I doing something wrong? |

| #3old_joshJul 14, 2010 13:59:38 | I tested this myself, and it appears to be working correctly on my end. If you're still having difficulty with this issue, please send an email to Customer Support, and include a screenshot of the error message you are seeing. |

| #5_Mithreinmaethor_Jul 15, 2010 16:24:35 | Are you using Google Chrome? There is a known issue with reading pdfs in Google Chrome. I have that problem. I either save them from the button and read them or I use firefox to read the pdfs. |
| #6voxhumanaJul 16, 2010 9:36:44 | I'm using Chrome and I just opened #379 with no problems at all. Chrome often doesn't show anything until it has downloaded almost the entire PDF file. As the Dragon PDFs are often big files it can seem like the file isn't opening. Regardless, I'll agree with Mithreinmaethor's advice, it's usually best to download them for later reference. |
