| #1FalenNov 29, 2009 23:29:35 | This seems to happen quite often. The link to download the whole issue is not working. |
| #2mjakerNov 29, 2009 23:43:50 | I'm having the same issue with the latest Dungeon as well... |
| #3Dragon9Nov 30, 2009 0:37:29 | Considering your posts are not long after midnight eastern time, it's possible that the link went up on the website but the file is not yet in place to download. Most of these complaints seem to come from folks trying to download an article or an issue file right after midnight. Be patient, it'll turn up. |
| #4Silver_BlazeNov 30, 2009 6:12:04 | It is 6 AM CST, still no issues. EDIT: The next content calendar is also not up yet. |
| #5Dragon9Nov 30, 2009 8:41:31 | Now it's worthwhile to complain. (I just checked and it's not there @ 9:41 am) |
| #6darth_azalinNov 30, 2009 12:56:45 | still not hear at 1 pm cst. Can we get an ETA or is that too much to ask for. Since you already have our monies I can see not providing service is meaningless to you. |
| #7HuscarlNov 30, 2009 13:15:23 | They're up now. The link "wasn't working" because there simply was nothing to link to. All of our typesetters were already gone for the holiday last week when the issues were ready to be composited, and we had to wait for them to come back this morning to get the work done. We apologize for the inconvenience. Steve |
| #8aldenioDec 05, 2009 10:40:58 | My link for Dragon 381 still isn't working for me. I go to the page, the image is not present and the links are all grayed out. |
| #9pcwspunkmasterDec 06, 2009 20:28:00 | My link for Dragon 381 still isn't working for me. I go to the page, the image is not present and the links are all grayed out. Seconded. |
| #10pedro_martinezDec 08, 2009 15:27:29 | It's 12/8/2009 here in Spain, and nothing yet. Please, we need a solution. Thanks. |
| #11AlphastreamDec 10, 2009 18:36:29 | Did the policy change to only allow downloads of the latest issue? I can't seem to get Dragon 380 or the last two Dungeons. |
| #12HuscarlDec 11, 2009 13:26:37 | Have any of these problems persisted? The files are on all the servers and the links are correct. If something is consistently not downloading, then there's a problem in entitlements somewhere, but we're not experiencing it here at all. Steve |
| #13ShroomyDec 11, 2009 13:30:28 | I'm not having any issues (using IE8 btw, if that helps) and I went back to the Issue 379 ToC via the Issue Archives. |
| #14AlphastreamDec 11, 2009 14:55:28 | Working for me today, was not yesterday. Also, for what it is worth, I always have the hardest time finding how to get to the issue archive. It would be nice to have a constant link on the right. |
| #15ShroomyDec 11, 2009 15:28:06 | Working for me today, was not yesterday. From the main D&D page, if you click on Player or Dungeon Master links, you'll see a menu at the top right side of the page called "Player Links" or "Dungeon Master Links." The link to the respective magazine archive are always under that menu (though they both go to the same place, just different tabs). |
| #16AlphastreamDec 11, 2009 15:38:18 | I think I generally am somewhere else, and then click on the D&D Tool Box link for Dragon or Dungeon. This takes me to the main page, but does not have the upper right box with links for current issue archive - it has the ones for "Tools Links". That has Dragon Magazine as a link, but that is the same link where I already am. It should instead be the archive link, I think, which would then be useful. Or, the whole Tools Links should change to be Magazine Links, as it finally does when I go to the current issue. I'll probably remember this now that I've written it out, but I am sure others are having this disconnect. Thanks for all the good work! |

Steve, Still can't download the November Compilations for either Dungeon or Dragon. |
