Personally, I'm glad everything's based off Intelligence, because this sort of solidifies that Tieflings will be +2 Int, +2 Con or Cha rather than the other way around.  Vulnerability is pretty cool too.
#4 dslatimore May 26, 2010 16:03:58	So, this racial power can be taken in addition to the Tiefling's normal racial power right?  That's pretty cool. I like the fluff for the Gaze of Ruin, looking at something and seeing how it would look once it falls into ruin, could have a lot of with that. Lasting Decay is awesome.
