Whenever I try to download the issue compilations for Dragon 391 or Dungeon 182, none of the pictures are visible. Am I the only one having this problem?

I too am having this problem. Hopefully it isn't something wizards is doing to the PDF files. I'm using my iPad for this. If my iPad doesn't work with PDFs from wizards then I will cancel my subscription.

Nope. Wizards is saving their PDF files under JPEG 2000. This gives better picture resolution but Mac computers have issues with it- especially the iPad. They need to save under the older version!

Thanks for the reply.  I'm having the same issue viewing them on the iPad.  I appreciate your insight.  I'm using GoodReader, and it's not displaying the pictures.

I am able to see them on my Windows 7 and Windows Vista PC's running Acrobat Reader, so it may be a GoodReader issue.

There is an update for Mac coming in November that should fix it.

Hi,

I've had the same problem - I can't see the images for Dragon 391, Dungeon 182 or the recent Gauntlgrym article from Dungeon 183 on my iPad when using Good Reader or iBooks. The article on Everwatch from Dragon 392 is fine.

All are fine on my MacBook

Is this is an update to Mac OS/the iPad that's coming?

Cheers

Just found a way round it. Open the PDF in Preview, save it, then transfer this version to Good Reader. The colours are over-saturated but at least the images are there.

Cheers

This is the first we've heard of this. I've asked our PDF gurus to look into it.

Can someone clarify what you see instead of the images?

We've tracked down the problem and fixed it. Re-download those issues and they should work fine now.
