Old rumors have recently been revived describing a dragon that is trapped within a painting of a long-dead noble and how it can be compelled to answer a question put to it by someone who touches the canvas and utters a word that appears somewhere in the painted scene. The wyrm, ’tis said, answers truthfully but seeks to manipulate its questioners.
