#1 agdiv Nov 19, 2009 9:02:11	I updated the character builder this week and loaded my Genasi Swordmage to exchange a couple custom elements for their official versions from the Abyssal Genasi article.  After not finding these options I checked what content was added with the update and discovered it says Dragon Issue 379.  Issue 379 was September's issue that was already updated into the character builder in October. So my concern is where is the Issue 380 content and why was it not added this month?  It would really have to suck to wait till mid-December for the October data.

No, it wasn't added in the October update - the October update includes 378, which was August's issue. So my concern is where is the Issue 380 content and why was it not added this month?  It would really have to suck to wait till mid-December for the October data. Yes it does suck, but it's the same waiting period as every other issue - September 'magazine' content is added in November, October will be added in December, this month's content will be added in January, etc. That was somewhat defensible on the normal update schedule - The Dragon 379 issue compilation was finalized on October 30, so if the CB had been updated on Nov 3 as per the usual schedule, that would have been a pretty narrow window.  With the CB update only coming out this week, though... yeah, it really should have been included. Draconomicon 2 really should have been included, too.  It was released on the same day as the tools update, which I assume means the book content has been finalized for months already.
