Strange, indeed.
When I go to Issue 388 to download the pdf there is no cover art nor a download link. In fact, all the article links are dead. Does anyone else see this and does anyone have a work-around?
This has been a problem for about two months, give or take. WotC is either unable to fix it, or more likely.... just doesn't care.
EDIT: to clarify- they clearly know about the problem, but their repeated lack of any communication or attempt at solving it demonstrates that wherever it is on their list of things to do, it's probably right at the very bottom. Just below "Establish a WotC office on the moon" and "Release D&D 85E"

I'm disappointed that these kinds of snafus are still an issue with DDI. Its been two years and the service is still rough around the edges, not polished as might be expected. Come next year, I'm gonna let my subscription expire. I'm a loyal, longtime reader of the magazines and that is the best way to show my disappointment that I can think of.

Yeah, same here. I've not been happy with the way they've been treating the userbase. I get they're busy, and they've got an NDA- but not even a comment of 'we're working on it' or any indication that they're aware of issues. I mean, sure, occasionally someone posts with the standard 'WotC guys read these forums all the time blah blah blah', but nothing ever comes of it.
I get that they're busy, but lately that's just become the company phrase, as it were. No time for the customers, because they're busy on a project. No time to fix stuff that needs to be fixed because they're busy on a project. No time to release stuff they said they'd release because they're busy on a project (not talking about the gametable, for the record). No time to release scheduled material on time because they're working on a project. No time to release anything remotely interesting in Dragon magazine because... well, you get the idea.
