If it is additional content, will it be available to Insiders? This appears to be the Best of that some book sellers have indicated would be for sale months ago and WotC did not list as a product. With lack of more data, my best guess is you would need to purchase the product, however it would include only things that a subscriber has already paid for if paid up from the 14th of last month (was it just a month ago? IAE when they went fee). It (the URL) clearly might merit watching to see if they provide more information of what will be in the book. It might include new data. *shrugs* There just is not enough information provided right now.
