| #3sirvimesAug 04, 2009 17:34:30 | WotC already stated they are going back to the article format with all the information self-contained. While this change did not affect the Psion PH3 preview, it did go into effect for the Githzerai preview released today. |

The commentary is still there in this month's PH3 preview with the mechanics in the article so apparently it wasn't an either/or situation. |
