Heyall,

just got myself a DDI subscription because I really wanted to get a grip on the dragon and dungeon magazines ... only to have troubles downloading them. Some of the older ones work fine,  but dragons 391 though 393 don't even show a download button.

Is there something I don't know about or is the website just f'ed up a wee bit?

Cheers,

RegenCoE

Edit: And yes, I tried clearing browser cache, and I even tried it in 3 different browsers -.-

I was under the impression that 393 is this months magazine; which would be in production. It certainly isn't available for download. The other 2, I don't know about.

I'm having the same problem with the latest compiled Dragon issue...but I was able to download the compiled Dungeon issue without a problem.

Huh ... funny enough it worked fine this morning (though only in IE, FireFox and Iron still won't let me DL the latest compiled ones). And thanks for the heads up Timmeh - kinda must've slipped my mind

I had the same problem this morning, but it was issues 390-392.  No article could be accessed and the cover picture was broken.  And this was after accessing all the others, so no problems there, including the most recent compiled Dungeon issues.  I got it to work, but here's what I did:

-Clear the cache, including stuff like form data and such.  Do this to remove the auto sign-in for Insider.

-Do NOT log in at the main page.  Instead, go straight to the issue archives.

(The page should look normal now, with the articles linked and the cover picture showing.)

-Log in at the top right like normal.

-The page should be fine now with the compiled issue available for download.

-You may need to do this for each issue.  I had to redo it once to get all three I wanted.

I was using IE 8 if that matters.  Frankly, I stumbled on this by accident; I'm not that smart normally.  Can't make any promises, but my problem was the same as yours and this got it working.  I have no idea why, though.
