#1 Ryoku Mar 24, 2009 15:18:55	The power Dragon's Wrath from the PHB2 Paragon Path Scion of Arkhosia is bugged. Its attack is Str, con, or dex +4. On my power card for it, it decided to ignore my 18 str or con at level 12 and instead use my 9 dex. So basically it chooses the lowest stat or maybe is stuck on using dex.
