Hallo I just built an epic level Dragonborn Warlord (mostly to see what my character could be one day). And I have run into an issue the Dragonborn Zeal feat adds a new utility that replaces a utility of 12th levll or higher. At no point am I given the chance to replace a utility, and the power card doesn't generate for this feat. Am I failing or is this a problem with the specific feat/power? Thanks in advance opieself
