Dual Strike missing 21st level damage increase in CB/Compendium.

Mar 22, 2010 0:09:30		A (quick) search didn't turn this up.  Has this been noted in the past, that the 2[W] damage increase at 21st level is missing from Dual Strike in both the Character Builder and the Compendium, but is present in the March 2010 updates document?
