#1 veok Oct 04, 2009 23:48:15	Whenever I try to download the compiled issue of Dungeon 156, I get a "File is damaged, cannot be downloaded" error. Since I've downloaded *every* *other* dragon / dungeon mag. for 4th edition, I'm going to assume this isn't an error on my end. Furthermore, this was the case some 6 months ago when I first got an insider's subscription (only relatively recently renewed). Sure, I've got all the individual articles stored in a folder right beside the rest of the compilations, but a full issue would really be ideal.
#2 orc_tao Oct 05, 2009 13:38:20	Hey Veok.   I would try clearing your cookies and cache and trying again.  It is possible that you've got a stale cookie that's causing the problem.  If that doesn't work, please contact us at wizards.custhelp.com
