Dungeon Delve PDF limitations

I'm not sure if this is a mistake (like the limiting of cut and paste on the first PDFs of Martial Power) or a deliberate limitation but I am unable to copy and paste the dungeon maps from this product which I downloaded from RPGnow earlier today. (Text and other images are fine though)

I'm hoping that high res versions of the maps will be put up on the web site for download because as things stand this product is a lot less useful to me than I had hoped. The promise of being able to run a game with little or no set-up was what sold the product to me, now I find that I'll still have to work on the maps beforehand.

WOTC: Please put the maps up for download (in GM and player versions) and if this is a deliberate limitation please can you have it noted on the RPGNow site as I did check all listed limitations before downloading.

I had no problem coping the maps, but if you are having problems you can always use the print screen button/paint trick.

Really? That's odd, you got yours from RPGnow?

I just can't highlight any of the maps with the select tool like I can with all the other artwork. I've not tried all the maps but I've tried several (starting from the beginning).

I know I can singly get GIMP to read the page in as an image and do it that way but working cut and paste would be much easier.

I can cut/paste maps out of my Dungeon Delves from RPGNow. I downloaded it sometime Tuesday morning. You might want to try and download it again (that fixed the early locked Dragonomicon and Martial Power problems).

Unfortunately some of the maps are multipart and you'll have to stitch them back together. I really wish this product would receive a compilation, complete with marker free maps.

That would certainly get my vote.

I'll try downloading again.

Well re-downloading didn't help.

When I mouse over the pictures the cursor changes to crosshair which means I can select the item, this just doesn't happen with the maps and all my efforts at selecting them fail. I'm using Acrobat reader 9.0 and I've used auto update to check I have the latest version.

The PDF file itself says it has no restrictions for copying content.

RPGNow have offered me a refund which is very nice of them but I probably won't take them up on it to be honest.

All very odd.

I'm still on acrobat reader 8. I just completed copying (and reassembling the multipart maps) all 120 maps out of it last night.

Today I guess I'll begin recreating them all in a tile mapper so I can have marker free versions.
