Is anyone else getting an error message when trying to access this article when they are logged in?

Yes, when the server code detects that you're using IE, it runs some code which breaks easily. Every now and then during the last year, when they add a new article to the system, this code breaks down (with the same error).

It's an End-Of-File error on line 494 in default.asp, but when I reported this to Customer Support, they suggested I switch to FireFox instead. (They also suggested I clear my cookies...)

Fixing this bug is obviously beyond Wizard's ability.

Edit: Now I can't even log in. It tells me "You have entered an invalid login or password", which I haven't. This system is simply awful!

Edit 2: I did a password reset to be able to login. I can now see that the error has changed. It's now an invalid procedure call on line 651 in default.asp ...

I'm not getting a code error. It's giving me an HTTP 500 Internal Server error, which usually implies it cannot find url. I'll check out Firefox anyway and see if that resolves the problem.

The Wizards of the Coast offices are closed today due to snow. I'm sure this will be taken care of when the team gets back in the office. I have heard it works fine in Fire Fox as a workaround.

That's because you have the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" option checked (as is the default). I'm a developer - I don't get be friendly with my browser. ;)

The HTTP status 500 has nothing to do with not finding an url. It is simply a server script runtime error. In this case the server script is trying to read past an end of file (which we are back to again).

I got a response back from the WotC Online Response Crew telling me that I've got an outdated version of QuickTime in my browser...

They also said "it is beyond our ability to troubleshoot those specific issues".

I'm beginning to think running a web application properly is beyond their abilities...
