One of my players really wants to be a dusk elf, but we can't find any of the options on the builder. Other articles options are there, like playing Vistani and the Bahamut's Champion's
paragon path, which makes me wonder if I just can't find how to do it. I thought it would be under feats, but I can't find it there, or under race either.
Any help or advice would be great. If its simply not there then I guess I'll try and help the player pencil-and-paper it, so he can still have his character be one.
