| #1xyverOct 13, 2011 2:49:21 | Hey, I'm doing research on elementals and primordials and the elemental planes. Where can I find references and more information on these topics? Books already looked through: Planar Handbook Dieties and Demigods Faiths and Pantheons Any other good books/sites? Preferably 3.5, but I'll take info in any edition and mash ith together to make it make sense :P |

Well Primordials are a purely 4e invention with no connection to pre-4e material except when pre-4e creatures were reclassified as such in 4e. So keep that disconnect in mind. But you had a question and I'll try to answer it. ![]() The most information was from a pair of 2e Planescape products, namely 'The Inner Planes' by Monte Cook, and the Planescape Monstrous Compendium III (which covers monsters from the transitive and inner/elemental planes). There was also a pair of articles in the print Dragon magazine on various archomentals during the 3.x era written by Kevin Baase (Dragon 347, Dragon 353). It updates some of the material from 2e into 3e stats/terms. Hope that helps! |

I'll be sure to check out those places you suggested. Anyone else have good places to look? |
