Encounters/Lair Assault Campaign Settings Missing

Support for the D&D Encounters season “The Elder Elemental Eye”

Support for the D&D Lair Assault season "Attack of the Tyrantclaw"

should be in the CB, but I don't see them under campaign settings. Talon of Umberlee is still in there, though. Anyone else having the same issue or is it just me?

That's good news, but where did you hear that? The response I got from custserv when I reported the issue just said they were passing the issue on to the team (the generic response). I hope you're right and if so, that's cool; I can wait until tomorrow.

Feb 22, 2012 2:21:45 I got as far as checking that it does allow Genasi as a choice for race, but it doesn't show Elementalist or Sha'ir as a choice for class. I sure hope they get it all fixed up for tomorrow. C'mon WoTC, do your best. I know last season had the themes and backgrounds somewhat messed up for several weeks and those were pretty important ...

I am surprised that the same mistakes happen repeatedly. Why do they seem to have so much trouble with delivering on promises made? This just adds to their terrible track record regarding delivery of DDi products. I am disappoined that they advertised how we can use the CB with Encounters character creation, but then failed to provide the service.

I hoped that would have been addressed with management the shakeup. It sometimes feels like it's not even run like a professional company. So many of the *same* mistakes keep happening over and over again. If you were a manager over there, wouldn't you put in place a system to stop those things from occuring again and again? Of course! I know solutions take time. Any good solution takes time to research and impplement. How long is long enough?

Disappointed.

Feb 24, 2012 12:33:30 Well, the new classes are all in there now but it's still having issues where if you have to select something two levels down, like when after you pick an Elemental Manifestation option like Firepulse and then you have to pick an option for Firepulse. In cases like this the selection button is greyed out. Also, the new themes are in now but only the ten new themes and not the rest of the them from Dragon 399. Still looking for other bugs and I will report them as I find them.

Mar 19, 2012 22:57:26 Another problem I noticed is that only wizards from the first PHB (not a legal source for Encounters) are proficient with tomes, when Mordenkainen's Magnificent Emporium clearly grants that proficiency to all wizards. I discovered this issue when my sha'ir was given a magic tome during the 3rd session and I found out to my horror after I got home that he gained no benefit from it as an implement.
