I am attempting to access an article (Class Acts: Warlock 4/7/2010) and am getting a strange error message.

"Your account does not have the required entitlement for this download. Upgrade your subscription today!"

I didn't know there were different levels of subscription put in place yet. My account does not come up for renewal until October. I am pretty sure that my subscription should handle this document since I have viewed all its siblings in the past.

P.S. Tried to access the help system but it just went into a redirect loop so I am posting here.

It is working now.  Don't know what the error was but, it was not tied to a particular machine.

Same thing happened to me this morning while trying to access the Class Acts: Druid article.  I went back and tried to open previous PDFs from the site that I already had and received the same error message.  Since my account doesn't expire until October, I'm pretty sure this is a database/security issue on Wizards' end.

It is good to know that I wasn't alone (although you may have prefered it). I am guessing that they are implementing a security upgrade that will allow them to redefine subscriptions in the future.  I suspect the issues are tied to the account and not to the object since I had no trouble viewing Class Acts: Druid this morning.  My issues went away in 24hrs - hopefully yours will also.
