The Mage entry actually lists every power listed in Heros of the Fallen Lands for Wizards.  This seems a bit much.  I was expecting descriptions of their non-power benefits (Illusionist/Evocation/etc..), and the chart shown in the book (Instead in benefits we get a dozen lines listing each time they get an ability or power, in a difficult to digest block).  By listing out the entire class as in the book, it makes the compendium alot less useful to actually find how to build one of these classes.  Especially in the case of the Mage because most of their powers can come from the entire wizard list of spells not just the ones listed in Heroes of the Fallen Lands.

Same goes for the Knight, in that its more difficult to figure out which level they get which abilities.  The compendium I thought was supposed to be for quick reference, not a copy paste of entire chapters of the book.

--Disclaimer: I am biased, in that I really dislike the layout of the Heroes book for building characters, but I was hoping it'd be readable when it finally hit the compendium.

Welcome to Essentials, the return of the 3.5 class writeups/progression.

Seriously, though, they should break it up a little bit.

As I have not seen these before I was excited to get to see them, then I tried to read through the thief and gave up. Not worth the effort.
