It looks like somebody did a read through of the EULA and their comments got attached to the installer and not an updated EULA. Many parts of the EULA are highlighted in yellow, which may be part of a proofreading process.

Some examples:
4. Fees and Payment: We describe our fees and billing procedures for the Program (and the Components thereof) at [INSERT LOCATION] and/or on www.wizards.com (“Payment Terms”), which are incorporated herein by this reference and are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

I love this one:

Maybe there are others, maybe not. It might be a good idea to review the EULA before any more of these programs go out.

[I also note that I am having some difficulty saving the EULA or printing it. I hit the print button and it opens a MS Word window and saves as a .xps file. Now I do run MS Office 97, so that might have something to do with it.]

Thank you for spotting the EULA issues. Glad to see people still actually scroll and read through it. As for printing, usually if you hit print, it should queue the document to the print pool by default, but then again it depends on your printer setup. It could very well be Office 97, but we would need to investigate this further to insure it’s not a larger issue that impacts other users.

If you haven't already could you please report this in? Go to the link below to report a bug, and if possible please include a screen shot of the EULA issues you found and mention your printing issues too.

Good News, don't worry about submitting the EULA issue, this will be fixed very soon. However, if you can still submit a bug related to your printing issues that would be great.

Thanks again for your help, and reporting this issue.

I did some digging and the problem was at my end--the computer I was using only had a Microsoft print to xps file (virtual) printer installed.

It would be nice to have the option to save the EULA, though. If I had not inadvertently installed the print to xps file rather than a print to txt file printer, then I would have simply printed the EULA to txt file, which would be a convenient way for me to keep track of the EULA. However, if it would be possible to save a text or other accessible version of the EULA, that would be great.

Good to hear that you've addressed the real issues already.
