They should have let Paizo (for good and bad) hang on to them and pushed their own DDI with its own digital magazines and left them alone. I realistically don't want to pay for a service... I want to pay for a product... Technically, when they change Dragon or Dungeon purchasing, and I have not downloaded and saved the respective issue, they can take it away, without notice. So, now instead of getting my subscription for the amount I pay for it... they can change how much each issue is? If I chat too much about they can strip my subscription from me...? Can they access my PC use my microphone or webcam and find out that have someone reading my copy over my shoulder? This really strikes me as odd, considering that I can purchase an e-book and not sign an EULA for it. I mean heck, Drivethru can do it...

Print Magazines also have these terms and conditions, you ever read that fine print on the bottom of a subscription form? EULA is just standard practice for subscription based (licensed) electronic media.

Nowhere does it say they can 'revoke' my subscription... nowhere does it allow them to change the terms of the contract without warning... nowhere does it say they can change the rates or change the number of issues... nowhere does it say that the magazine will not be available due to server maintenance. I grabbed a TV Guide subscription card.... The 'fine print' is "*Savings based on newsstand cover price of 2.99. TV Guide publishes up to twelve special or double issues a year. Each special or double issue counts as two of 57 issues in an annual subscription. Allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Organizer Tote sent when subscription is paid in full. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Inside of the cover... no EULA. Hmmmmm... even Pathfinder subscription... no EULA. Hmmm...
