#1 wagnert May 12, 2010 11:52:03	I am trying to give my hybrid rogue a 11th level feat called "Evasion", however it does not show up.  The feat "mettle" does show up however.  Is this a new problem with the Character Builder or did I not hear about the feat being deleted in the recent rules update? #2 dybrarh May 12, 2010 12:49:20	It's a known problem that many paragon/epic tier feats are currently listed under "Heroic Tier Feats" if you otherwise qualify for them – if you look there, you should be able to find and pick Evasion.
