#1 Arilon May 29, 2009 22:33:25	My main desktop crashed this week, so I replaced the hard drive. I was attempting to re-install CB on the new hard drive, but got a message that I had exceeded the number. I thought the number was 5 (I can't swear to it, but thought that's what I read.)? I have it on my laptop and 1 other pc (and that pc, I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled several times.) What do I need to do? I only have two copies running.
#2 jhanzur May 30, 2009 7:48:05	Contact Custormer support. They can reset or give you more. As long as you have a legitimate reason(and it seems you do)
#3 mudbunny May 30, 2009 11:40:21	That is one option. Of course, the Character Builder gets updated on Tuesday, so your update count will get reset then, so if it isn't urgent, you could always just wait.
