In today's Eberron Player's Guide preview, we present new heroic tier feats, including dragonmarked feats.
[INDENT]The Eberron Player's Guide provides both generic feats and feats oriented toward the setting.
Some feats in this section have the "Dragonmark" expression. These feats are associated with Eberron's dragonmarks. A character can have only one such dragonmarked feat. Each nonaberrant dragonmark allows you to master certain rituals as if you had the Ritual Caster feat. To use one of these rituals, you must still acquire the ritual and master it, and your level must still equal or exceed the ritual's level. Your DM can expand the list of rituals as he or she deems appropriate.[/INDENT]

Class Act powers in Arcane Power, Warforged and Warforged feats in Eberron Players Guide. Everything else in the edited, updated, and errated Dragon Annual. So much for "exclusive content".

Should I point out that the Warforged were in the free issues, so no one payed for it(I believe the same goes fo Class Acts)? And not every article is going to be in the Annual, nor have they stated the Annual will have any additional Errata.

Unless they buy Eberron or Arcane Power and are hoping for more.
I'd be especially ****** off if I picked-up the EPG for more Warforged feats and found out there were less than some free magazine. Or a book on new powers that just added or reprinted existing powers.
That'd be like Martial Powers 2 reprinting feats or powers from PHB2 or the minis. LAME!

No, I'm sure they'll exclude the playtests and stuff they've already reprinted. Or only add 1/2 the feats for each reprinted race so you still have to buy the magazine...

On the other hand, if the Warforged had NOT been in the EPG, the resulting uproar would have been beyond contemplation.
Not having Warforged in the EPG would have been like not having DROW in the FRPG.
I personally don't feel cheated that things from dragon are making their way into print.
I hope there are more doppelganger/changeling feats than the single one shown. Are these all the heroic tier feats from the book? If so, looks like the doppelganger/changeling gets shafted.
Unfortunately, according to the threads at ENWorld & RPGnet by people who already have the book, there's only two feats - the one previewed, and an Epic (I think) feat.
In light of that, CelticMutt, pretty interesting then that I play a red-headed stepchild class (Feylock) with a red-headed stepchild race (Doppelganger/Changeling). Maybe I like pain and don't realize it?
Heh, I like red-headed step-child stuff too, like Eladrin feylocks and sorcerers. :embarrass

I don't disagree entirely with the addition of Warforged. And having the best, essential feats (the ones that most define what a warforged is and can do) makes sense, as does adding feats that have seen revision, editing, or cleaning since the Dragon publication last year.
But, darn it, there should be new feats. A reason for warforged fans to buy the book. The best of Dragon and something new otherwise it's just a waste of space and inferior reprint.
The book isn't of infinite size, there was probably a tight restriction on what could or could not see print. Three pages had to be excised to make space for the warforged and its relevant feats and paths and items.
